I had the honor of babysitting Christian the other day and just had to take these pictures. He was playing on the floor and then just crawled up onto my lap, put his head down on my shoulder and went to sleep. Reluctantly, I placed him down on the couch so I could snap a few pics. I have attached them to this posting.
Please keep a friend of this blog in your thoughts and prayers. Leighton Harper was born almost 2 weeks ago with Hypoplastic Left Heart. He has had his first surgery and is doing OK. He weighed only 3 pounds 10 ounces. Mom, dad and baby are hanging in there.

You're a grandma after my own heart! You're grandson is soooooo cute and obviously very loved. I also consider babysitting my grandkids an honor. Mine live 6 hours away, so it doesn't happen as often as I'd like, but when I'm with them the rest of the world can just go by without us. They are my only focus and I LOVE every minute of it
I am keeping baby Leighton and his amazing parents in my prayers daily.
